Hello :) This is the requested transcription I've done of the Dave Loggins song "Please Come to Boston". This song comes from his 1974 album - "Apprentice (In a Musical Workshop)". The bass player on this track was Norbert Putnam or Leland Sklar. If anyone knows for sure, please let me know and I'll update this description. You can find this transcription at Muzento when you sign up with an Intermediate Lesson Plan. This request comes from one of my Patrons. I'm glad I can fulfill requests that bring back fond memories and mean so much to some people. Music is great that way :) This one took a few takes as I kept changing how I was playing it, and I kept hearing different things right up until the last take. Is it just me or is the bass really under mixed in this song? It was difficult to clearly hear the bass, and I couldn't decided which octave he was using in some spots. I like how the verse and chorus go between regular time and double time. Watch out for those transitions. The pulse remains the same, just how you read it and feel it changes. I hope you like it :) Thanks for watching and please don't forget to like and subscribe. -------------- If you appreciate what I do and or find it helpful, I hope you might consider supporting me through the following: GregsTranscripts - https://www.gregstranscripts.com/ Muzento - https://www.muzento.com Patreon - / gregfairweather or you can make a donation through PayPal at - http://bit.do/Much-appreciated ------------------- Copyright Disclaimer: Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
