Ingredients: Tostada shells Fat free or vegan retried black or pinto beans Garlic powder Onion powder Pink Himalayan Salt Ground black pepper For the salsa: 2 small avocados or one large avocado, chopped 1 cup whole kernel corn 1/4 cup sliced black olives 1/2 tomato, chopped 3 green onions, chopped Salt Pepper Chopped cilantro, optional Toppings: Sliced jalapeños Salsa, any kind Hot sauce Onions Lettuce Vegan sour cream, Toffuti brand Vegan shredded cheese, Daiya brand Note: load them up! The baked shells are sturdy and can hold a lot of food.
