Replacing Honda H22 Valve Seals | Without Removing the Head!

A customer brought in his '98 Honda Prelude with several issues that needed attention: water pump, timing belt, belt tensioner, radiator and most importantly valve seals. Instead of taking the head off and sending it out to a machine shop, Brandon and Fred chose to replace the valve seals with head on the motor.
