The BBA’s Talent Recruitment Project attracts high-caliber talent to the Birmingham region for an opportunity to connect with Birmingham companies looking for talent. College juniors and soon to be graduating seniors are given an opportunity to network with company representatives and other Birmingham young professionals; learn what it takes to work for some of Birmingham’s top companies; and gain valuable experience through face-to-face conversations with recruiters and hiring managers. The initiative has garnered national attention and has connected several graduates with jobs in Birmingham.
