Twitter Vs Modi Govt: The Centre on Monday told the Delhi High Court that Twitter had failed to comply with the new Information Technology Rules, which are law of the land. The Centre said Twitter was a “significant social media intermediary” which was obliged to comply with the IT Rules 2021.
