Chanchai's Ultimate Showdown - Day 1

Hi everyone, this is Chanchai. I am a competitive VF player and community builder! In this video I get acquainted with Ultimate Showdown by (trying to) play room matches and I play some ranked matches too. In retrospect, I am really impressed with the netcode(!) because it turns out I was playing on Wi-Fi as I forgot that the PS4 does not automatically switch to ethernet when connected. You have to manually enable ethernet in settings. The experience with WiFi is that the online play felt slightly slower/heavier--I would compare it to playing a 30 fps VF--but I was still able to do my VF things! (I would later have an even better experience with ethernet enabled of course) I am grateful to Sega and the RGG team for making VF5: Ultimate Showdown. This rebuild barely made it for the Sega 60th Anniversary deadline and some features could not make it in full or cleaned up, but the game itself is amazing as always! -- Watch live at   / chanchai_vf   Date of Stream: 6/1/21 4:00am PST
