Here are 10 ways to prevent, relieve, or stop migraines or headaches. Blue light glasses are a must for me! I love the report feature that shows stats of all your migraine symptoms, onset dates and times, relief methods, etc. It's helpful because you can save it and send it to your doctor or keep for your own records. You can also keep track of your most common triggers in the app, so it's helpful to reference to determine what to avoid (like perfumes, foods, drinks, excessive phone or computer usage, etc.) or use caution around in the future.
