South Africa: The French community in South Africa gathered in Johannesburg for a vigil to honor those killed in the Paris terrorist attacks.Egypt: 15 African migrants were found shot dead and eight wounded, in the northern Sinai Peninsula, near the border between Egypt and Israel.
