Tom Baker is a parent and a coach with Winchester RFC U6s. Going on the Rugby Ready course brought back a lot of memories for Tom in terms of the enjoyment he got from the game. Like all parents, he wants his kids to enjoy the game but to stay safe. For Tom the course is a great way of learning how to go about coaching, the things you need to think about and the sort of commitment you need to make.
