For this one I was listening back Jobim's recording before making a video. That's how I put A over Dm chord, also went on C#maj7 G#7 back to C#maj7 instead of C#m7 etc. Also the key as A major on his recording as well. Sorry it might sound a bit off tune and rough but frame work is there.
