Resident Evil 7: Biohazard - Cure Zoe or Mia choice. With only one serum left, you have a choice at the boathouse to cure either Zoe or Mia. This video shows you what happens for both choices. Which choice you pick will alter the game's ending slightly, and unlock different achievements/trophies. Everything else after this point is the same, except for one part: you will have a small fight against infected Mia if you cure Zoe, and if you cure Mia, then she will push Ethan away (to save him), and still eventually become infected. But as shown in Ending 1, she will be with Ethan at the helicopter rescue. In Ending 2, she is assumed a goner, and with Zoe calcified by Eveline, Ending 2 is the worst ending.
