To all the BUSY people out there...This workout is for you! All you need is a JUMPING ROPE & a small spot!➰ This is my first HIIT workout plan, or as I would like to call it, the "Triple F" workout: It's Fast, Fun, & Fat-burning. (including the warm-up, cooldown, & stretching, all while standing, so it's easy to do anywhere, especially outdoors) - No awkward positions😜 WORKOUT STRUCTURE: -WARM-UP dynamic stretches (2 MINUTES) -WORKOUT/Jumping rope (including warm-up & cooldown jumps) (10 MINUTES) Format as following: 30 seconds jump 15 seconds rest with 1 minute half-time break! -STRETCHING (2 MINUTES) Workout includes BASIC JUMP ROPE MOVES that can be easily performed by beginners: TIMESTAMPS: 00:00 Intro 00:25 Warm-up before jump rope 02:25 Rest (Prepare your rope!) 02:40 Basic Bounce (moderate speed) 03:10 Rest 03:25 Alternating single-leg double hops 03:55 Rest 04:10 Alternating single-leg hops 04:40 Rest 04:55 Run-in-place 05:25 Rest 05:40 Butt Kicks 06:10 Rest 06:25 Front Straddle/Scissors 06:55 Rest (Half-time break!) 07:55 Side Straddle 08:25 Rest 08:40 Basic Bounce (fast) 09:10 Rest 09:25 Heel Taps 09:55 Rest 10:10 A-skip/Alternating knee raises 10:40 Rest 10:55 Side to side jump 11:25 Rest 11:40 Basic Bounce (slow) 12:10 Rest 12:25 Stretching after jump rope If you are just starting skipping, those basic moves are exactly what you need to strengthen your leg muscles (especially the calves), improve your coordination & agility, and enhance your balance, so that you can move forward to the next level with confidence!↗️😎 Don't forget to put your maximum effort into each interval for ultimate results💪🏼 Don't worry if you accidentally tripped over the rope...Just keep moving😎 A small tip: Try looking at one focal point when jumping to sharpen your focus and avoid tripping👀 Workout timer app used: Exercise Timer @exercisetimer ........................ Why choose HIIT jumping rope workouts?🧐 1- The "afterburn" effect: the body continues to burn calories for hours after the workout has finished. 2- Time-saver: for those with busy schedules, with HIIT workouts you can burn more calories in a shorter period of time! 3- Full-body workout: skipping engages several muscle groups including: legs, core, shoulders, and arms. 4- Improves cardiovascular health: It strengthens the heart muscle and improves endurance. 5- Boosts overall fitness: It enhances balance, coordination, agility, and speed. It also improves bone density. 6- Improves mental well-being: It uplifts the mood by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. . . .
