Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.21.121: How to fix cursor not locking to the game window? (SEMI FIXED)

Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 1.21.121 somehow messed up cursor handling, namely the cursor doesn't lock onto the game's window. This video features a simple mod, I made that fixes the issue. 1.21.130 restores how the cursor was handled in UWP builds of the game.
