2 years of ColoradoWX45! — With that aside, here's a re-creation of the flooding event in the Webbers Falls area on May 22nd of this year, based on this video:    • (EAS Audio) Civil Emergency Message in Okl...   — Video notes: This is yet another screen experiment, this time with the Comcast inverted screen. This actually took quite a while to make, and to make it look good, particularly because of the black outline for the text. The sharpening effects I used didn't play nicely with the outline at first, nor did the VCR, so I had to tweak the weight of the outline to get it to look nice and presentable. — I don't own some of the copyrighted content presented in this video.
