Thom Khem or Kaw (caramelized pork belly with pig feet and egg soup) quarantine style 1 pound of pork belly cut into medium sized chunks 1 pound of pig feet 5 hard boiled eggs (peeled) 1 can of bamboo shoots (tips only), slice thinly fresh ginger 2 garlic minced 3 spoonful of fish sauce 1 to 2 cup of granulated sugar (to make caramel) 1 Tbsp of sugar (to marinade pork) 1 tsp of msg (optional) 1 tbs black pepper (to taste) 1 tbs of salt 1 tbs garlic powder 2 green onions, finely chopped 1 cup coconut soda (optional I forgot to buy it but its ok) 2 tbs oyster sauce 2 tbs sweet soy sauce It's hard to give you the exact measurements since I just eyed it..(sorry) but in the end you can taste the soup and add more ingredients as needed.
