Former DCS caseworker faces felony charges in Madison County

A former caseworker for the Indiana Department of Child Services is facing charges of neglect in Madison County after a child under his supervison was hospitalized. The child was determined to be malnourished with brain injuries. The caseworker had recently returned the child to his mother, who had been convicted of neglect in the past and faces neglect charges again now.
