Injustice 2 Mobile: 3* Lex Luthor One-Tap 2 Billion No-Passive???

But the truth is this character is extremely weak Even when you give him Raven without frost, he's only able to do maybe 0.3 billion in 3 minutes ---------- Lex Luthor mechanics: Lex stacks funds passively, he stacks more if he is active on the ground with his shield up. His sp1 regenerates his shield's health, his sp2 stacks Lethal damage for his Raptors, up to 900% and his sp3 calls down a Raptor to do damage. He has 3 fund levels on the left side for players to select, it is default at fund lvl 1, which makes his sp2 cost 75 fund to stack once, if you choose fund lvl 2, it doubles the special costs and doubles the effects, of course fund lvl 3 is tripled the cost for tripled the effect. For Raptors, they inherit part of Lex's stats and carries the artifact to do damage, BUT, 90% of Raptor's damage is kept and casted into the next sp3 the Raptor casts, and when you TRIPLE the fund into the Raptor's sp3, the Raptor's sp3 does triple the damage, which is how I was able to one-tap 2 billion. If you watch carefully, the icon shows that I accumulated 92M of Raptor damage, when you triple that damage with funds into the sp3, combining Frost and Raven's, this one special-3 alone dealt 2 billion damage.
