@sustainableharvesters7628 grows leafy greens all year long by utilizing a "controlled environment greenhouse". This greenhouse is equipped with multiple components and sensors to track the current weather (temp humidity, light) and adjust these components (exhaust fans, EVAP cooler wall, Modine Heaters, Natural ventilation (with aphid screen for pest control) for cooling or heating depending on the time of year. Here in Houston Texas it is mainly the summer HEAT that we would have to worry about rather than the winter weather.
