Wheelchair vs Bicycle-Funny Argument on LIRR-You Decide

Dec 1st....on the LIRR Long Beach 5:20 Eastbound train....the man in the beard brings on a tricycle and he claims it is a wheelchair......have to watch this..also..listen to when the man describes his "bike" to one that his friend has....and he says it "looks like a ......" and he stutters, listen for the girl to say a "wheelchair" It starts at 2:52 and her comment comes at 3:03.......I was laughing so hard. and trying to keep the phone steady!
