Fried Sardines

When I think of fried sardine it makes me think of butter bread and dol or tomato sauce on the side. Before frying, it is usually marinated. It's either crispy to the bone or fried lightly if you like it meaty. It is also sprinkled with fresh lemon juice and is best eaten while it's hot.
