Nyamira IDPs flush broker out of toilet, demand government intervention.

IDPs in Nyamira are yet to be paid their compensation money several months after President Uhuru Kenyatta gave them a cheque worth over 400 Million for their compensation. Today in Nyamira County headquarters, the IDPs mostly widowed women flushed the man out of a latrine who they accused of shortchanging them in the payment exercise and delaying their payments. They said he was being used by the IDPs patron to frustrate them even after he (the patron) was accused of listing non-IDPs who already benefited almost a year ago. The government need to settle this issue for once and for all.
