Trey Anastasio of Phish joins Billy Strings, the hottest act in bluegrass, on the stage for nearly an hour on the roof of Pier 17 under the bright lights of the New York City skyline for some of the best guitar licks you're likely to come across. By the time Trey came out Grammy award winner Billy Strings had already indulged the crowd with a set and a half of unbelievable bluegrass.
