Bakery-style Stuffed Garlic Bread अब घर पर बनाना हुआ बहुत आसान! 🧄🧀 इस वीडियो में देखें कैसे सिर्फ कुछ ingredients से तैयार करें cheesy, crispy और super tasty garlic bread। यह recipe बच्चों और बड़ों सभी को बहुत पसंद आएगी — perfect evening snack या party starter के लिए! अगर आपको easy & quick recipes पसंद हैं Ingredients For Bread Dough Maida (all-purpose flour) – 2 cups Instant yeast – 1½ tsp Sugar – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp Warm milk / water – ¾ cup Oil or butter – 2 tbsp For Garlic Butter Butter (softened) – 3 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp Chilli flakes – 1 tsp Oregano / mixed herbs – 1 tsp Salt – a pinch Fresh coriander / parsley – 1 tbsp For Stuffing Grated mozzarella cheese – 1 cup Sweet corn (boiled) – ½ cup Capsicum / onion (finely chopped) – optional Chilli flakes – ½ tsp 👩🍳 Method 1️⃣ Prepare the Dough In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar and yeast. Rest for 5–10 minutes until frothy. Add maida, salt and oil. Knead into a soft dough (8–10 minutes). Cover and rest for 1 hour or until double in size. 2️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Mix butter, garlic, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and coriander. Keep aside. 3️⃣ Shape the Bread Punch the dough and roll into a rectangle or loaf shape. Place on a baking tray lined with butter paper. Make deep cuts on top (don’t cut fully). 4️⃣ Stuff the Bread Spread garlic butter inside the cuts. Fill with cheese, sweet corn and veggies.
