I used Deep Learning Neural Network AI [also known as Machine Learning (ML)] to upscale, enhance, denoise and deblock the Diablo II Cinematic video into 3840x1740. I used an advanced Frame Rate Conversion Filter for 60fps Motion Interpolation. Source: Much Higher than in-game Quality 467 MB .VOB file [ 854x480 29.97 FPS = 720x390 23.976 FPS effective MPEG2 + 48 kHz AC3 stereo ]. The in-game video was 640x292/24fps (Bink Video Format, 89.4 MB). Original aspect ratio is preserved. Colors may be slightly different in the HQ source file than the in-game file.
