Hi , This is a simple recipe with basic kitchen ingredients. Main part is poaching of eggs with the mixture of tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and garlic. Though it tastes good with Pita Bread..It can also be taken with French Toast or any bread varieties. Of course, we can serve with our Indian breads as well... Serving - 2 Persons Ingredients: Green Bell Pepper - 1 Yellow Bell Pepper - 1/2 Red Bell Pepper - 1/2 Eggs - 2 or 3 No's Onion - 1 no (Medium Size) Garlic - 10 Pods Fresh Coriander Leaves / Dry Herbs - As wish /As required Salt- As required Red Chilly / Paprika Powder - 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce - 1 TBSP ( Optional) Chilly Flakes - 1/2 Tsp Jeera - 1 Tbsp Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp Oregano /Mixed Herbs - 1 Tsp Olive Oil - 3 Tbsp Tips to be Considered: 1. The amount of Bell Peppers and Tomatoes can be adjusted as per taste . But Make sure the Tomato quantity should be twice as Bell Pepper quantity. 2. Olive Oil is very best option, which enhances the taste of this dish 3. Tomato sauce can also be added in addition to Tomatoes, where as it increases the sweetness of the recipe, which is lovable by Kids. 4.
