SCHOOL SHOOTING: 18-year-old shot dead outside Woburn C.I.
An 18-year-old man, identified by Toronto Police as Jefferson Guerrier, was shot and killed outside of Woburn C.I. in Scarborough Monday afternoon as school finished. Students at the high school spoke about the shooting incident, what they saw, and the fallout from it.
