I looove cakes! I loooove sweets for breakfast! But after huge cake I feel sluggish whole day. With this recipe you can turn Red Velvet Cake into sweet, delicious and nutritious smoothie. It will have awesome red colour without any colourings and taste pretty similar to cake: chocolaty, rich and satisfying. And one more: Do not be scared of adding beet! It will add only nutrition and colour, but not the taste. Believe me, It’s Awesome! Ingredients 1/3 cup Dried Oats (I let them set in 2/3 cup Boiling Water for 20 min to softened) 1 Pear (or 1 Banana) 1 tiny Boiled or Baked Beetroot (of 1/4 large one) 2 Dates 1/4 tsp Vanilla 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup Water or Milk (may be more or less depending on thickness you like) Coconut Whip for garnish (optional) 1. Now everything is quick and simple. As usually with smoothies: Put all ingredients (except Coconut Whip) in a blender. 2. Blend blend blend. 3. Serve and Enjoy! Oh, don’t forget to garnish with coconut whip and take a few photos for Insta to share with me.
