Round 2 of the Australian Production Car Series (formerly Australian Manufacturers Championship) headed to Sydney Motorsport Park for the TyreRight 2 x 250km weekend of racing. It was a tough event for the Motorsports Training Australia student crew as fuel delivery issues plagued the Pedders 86 all weekend - causing the team's first race DNF (Saturday Race 1) in more than two seasons, only the second DNF in the 86's racing history. Coming home to the flag in Sunday's race after multiple parts runs, hours of work on the fuel system, and great dedication, Pedders Racing were now on the hunt to regain the Class lead heading for Round 3 at Queensland Raceway.
