Ingredients Mung Bean or Green Gram (250gm) Chicken Cubes (400gm) Sliced Onion (4 medium size) Chopped Green Chilli Chopped Garlic Chopped Tomato (1 large size) Chopped Coriander leaves Ginger Paste Kasoori Methi Turmeric powder Red Chilli Powder Cumin Powder Tadka Masala Salt White Butter Mustard Oil Method 1. Into a pan, add 5 tablespoon of mustard oil and heat it up. Then you add sliced onion. Fry the onion, until it gets soft. 2. Add chopped garlic and fry it for some time. 3. Add chopped green chilli according to your taste. 4. Then add chicken cubes. Fry the chicken for 10min. 5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder and ginger paste. Mix all the spices together very nicely. 6. Add chopped tomato and cook for 7 min. 7. Add tadka masala. (You can buy tadka masala from any grocery store) 8. Now add boiled green gram into the pan. 9. Now add freshly chopped green chilli another time for its freshness. 10. Add 100ml of water and let them cook for 5min. 11. Now at this stage add tadka masala again and kasoori methi. Mix it nicely. 12. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves. 13. Add white butter and mix it nicely. 14. Your dhaba style chicken tadka is now ready.
