Sheep Shearer offers some quick Crafting XP and is a basic introduction to OSRS Questing! To start the Sheep Shearer Quest speak to farmer Fred at the farm NW of Lumbridge Castle. He will give you a pair of shears and requires 20 balls of wool. Balls of wool can be obtained by using wool with a spinning wheel, (or just buying them from the Grand Exchange), there's a spinning wheel on the 1st floor of Lumbridge Castle, and wool can be obtained by using shears on sheep.
