For this Mixed Veg Paratha, in a large bowl, mix all above mentioned ingredients expect for water. 2. Now add water to dry ingredients and start kneading the dough lightly. 3. Remember this dough will be little sticky as it has vegetables and salt. 4. Once the dough is ready divide the dough into smaller balls. 5. Dust the rolling area with flour, dip a ball into flour, dust off the excess else your mixed veg pratha will turn hard. 6.With a rolling pin roll each ball into round layers like chapati 7. Heat a tawa or griddle, when tawa is medium hot transfer paratha onto it, when you see colour changing or tiny bubbles rising flip the paratha. 8. Drizzle ghee/oil, fry on medium to high flames on both the sides until brown spots appear then your Mixed Veg paratha will be ready. 9.Serve Paratha with Curd, Achar,Jam, or have it with tea and tea time snack. ____________________________________________________________________________ Music Credits NCS : Vanze x Balco x Fransis Derelle - All I Need (feat.
