First anniversary of Abrogation of Art 370 in J&K; Lt General B.S Raju on the current situation

Exactly a year ago, the status of special state was taken by Jammu and Kashmir by revoking Article 370. A year later, the situations have improved in the valley in regards to the militancy and separatists and law and order wise, there has been a perceptible drop in the levels of violence at all fronts, says Lt General B.S Raju. There is a hope in the environment now and is seen as an opportunity to look forward. The telecom services have still not restored completely in J&K; with restricted access to landlines. The 4G internet services which were shut last year, haven’t been restored and the Union Territory only has access to 2g internet, becoming a cause of protest among students and businessmen alike.
