Exactly a year ago, the status of special state was taken by Jammu and Kashmir by revoking Article 370. A year later, the situations have improved in the valley in regards to the militancy and separatists and law and order wise, there has been a perceptible drop in the levels of violence at all fronts, says Lt General B.S Raju.
