The Kampala Serena Hotel's room service under the 'new normal' health and safety regime

Readers of www.ATCNews.org and regular viewers of our YouTube channel will be able to see how a meal, ordered by a guest through room service, is plated and prepared in the main kitchen for delivery by a properly attired server who brings the trolley to the guest's door where he leaves it - unlike in the past when meals were actually delivered into the guest room and set up at the dining table.
