Wrapped around the entire eyes. Buy connecting both the inside and the outside it stops the eyes from becoming too "small". If you have issues with your eyes shrinking with kohl lining then don't apply the kohl on the waterline :) Also, i see many girls (young) wearing a similar look to this - but without the top line. They apply heavy kohl liner to the lower eye and water line but nothing on top. This can drag the eye down. So this is just another way to connecting the dots :) Oh and thumbs up if you read this!
