Washing your hands is great to protect against viruses you can catch through contact, but many don't know how to do it properly. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with soap. 2. Rub the back of your hands, then swap. 3.Interlink your fingers together, into clasp hands. Then, rub your palms and fingers together. 4.Cup your fingers, with your right hand over and left hand under. With your fingers interlocked, rub the backs of them against your palms. then swap. 5.Clean the thumbs by enclosing your right hand around your left hand and rub as you rotate, then swap. 6. Rub palms with your fingers over your left palm in circular motion, then swap. 7. Clean each wrist using the opposite hand and holding and turning your hands. And then, thoroughly rinse with running water and dry with a clean cloth or disposable paper towel
