FULL RECIPE INGRIDENTS: 1/2 Kilo Chicken (Any part) 1 Big Can Evaporated Milk 1 Carrot 1 Potato 1 Small Pack Mushroom 1 Medium Onion 3 - 4 Cloves Garlic 1 Tablespoon Butter 1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Bird's Eye Chili (Siling Labuyo) Calamansi Juice Fish Sauce (Patis) Laurel Leaf Black Pepper Salt PROCEDURE 1. Marinate chicken with Fish Sauce, Calamansi Juice and Black Pepper. 2. Fry carrots and potatoes until golden brown then set aside. 3. On the same oil, add butte then saute garlic, onion then chicken for 7-10 mins. until turns a little brown. 4. Add 2 cups of water and laurel leaf then let boil for 15 - 20 minutes. 5. Add mushrooms. 6. After a few minutes, add evaporated milk. Simmer for 5 - 8 minutes. 7. Add Carrots and Potatoes. 8. Add Chili Peppers. 9. Add Salt and Black Pepper. 10. Serve.
