A LA VIVE FISHING FOR KING MACKEREL AND SPANISH MACKEREL, TRINIDAD.

I decided to try A LA VIVE (topwater fishing) for King mackerel and Spanish mackerel instead of normal handline banking fishing. It turned out to be a productive mission with captain Dillon of Ocean Explorer and the boys. Captain Dillon is a great young friendly and experienced captain. You are guaranteed to full all your coolers and gain some useful tips and tricks from Dillon and he is a very helpful captain. Once again thanks to captain Dillon for a safe and outstanding trip. The weather was mostly cool majority of the day and the sea got a bit rough after half day. The bites were moderate throughout the day. The live bait consisted of Herring and Joshua and alot of King and Spanish mackerel got away but unfortunately thats how fishing is. A LA VIVE is a different kind of fishing which requires skills and fast movements .
