Skiing McConkey Bowl Park City
This short is skiing on my trip to Park City Colorado. This short is on the McConkey chairlift at the McConkey bowl at Park City. It is named after Shane McConkey and Shane died in March 2009 doing ski base-jumping, a sport he invented. There is a movie called "McConkey" and it is the best movie I have ever seen. You can watch it on Amazon Prime. On this particular trip I was able to stay at the Marriott mountain side resort, truly beautful and amazing hotel and resort. We flew 1180 miles total and earned 1770 miles/points for this roundtrip flight LA - Salt Lake City and back. I get the Epic Local ski pass every year and this pass gives me access to multiple resorts which Vail Resorts owns. I usually ski Heavenly Lake Tahoe, Park City Utah and Beaver Creek Colorado. On this trip my girfriend and I skid together as well as friends from all over the country. We typically meet during Superbowl weekend for skiing! I live in LA so traveling to the western mountains is quite easy, one hour flight to Lake Tahoe, one hour flight to Park City and only a two hour flight to Denver.
