Kerala High Court directed the CBI to take over the murder case of Youth Congress worker M Shuhaib, allowing the petition filed by the parents of deceased. Heavily criticizing the shoddy-probe of Kerala Police, HC said that CBI could even impose Unlawful Activities Prevention Act ( UAPA ) on the accused. While CPIM State Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan stated that party is not afraid of CBI probe in the case, in which, the main accused are CPIM workers. He also added that the CBI probe is a part of BJP conspiracy to wipe out CPIM from the nation? Is he right in any manner?
