Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer. Today we're gonna take a look at this Timbren Silent-Ride suspension for a single-axle trailer that has 2 3/8 inch diameter round axles, and this has a 3,500 pound capacity. Now this suspension system will consist of these two rugged steel units that'll work with your trailer's existing axle and hubs to absorb any road shock, help minimize trailer bounce and rattle regardless of the load size, and also help to protect your trailer's components and cargo. The suspension system provides a nice, smooth, quiet, stable ride for your trailer, and this will replace your existing leaf spring suspension. The pivoting arms right here you can see, these are gonna help the trailer stay level on uneven ground, ensures all your tires are gonna hug the road even on rough bumpy terrain. The double Aeon springs right in here, you can see, these are absorb any road shock, support the trailer's load. They will compress and become stiffer and stronger as your load increases. And they act as a return device to minimize rattle and bottoming out. The fitted rubber bushings on this allow the control arms to be fully engaged, ensuring that the springs are in use at all times. And they are constructed of tough and long-lasting rubber. Now these are a heavy-duty steel construction. They have a nice, durable, rust-resistant powder-coat finish on them. They're virtually maintenance-free. It is a bolt-on or weld-on installation to the trailer frame. The hardware is not included. Some drilling and welding is required. And a couple notes on the installation. Installation will require a two inch by two inch hollow steel crossmember with a wall thickness of about 3/16 inch installed between the two suspension units. And that crossmember is not included. You would have to supply that. And also right here, these included axle seats must be welded to your axle beam. So if you already have seats on your axle, you will need to grind or cut the welds off to remove those seats and replace them with these Timbren axle seats right here that are included. Now, application again, this will fit a single-axle trailer with 2 3/8 inch diameter round axle. It is for a quantity of two suspension units. And again, the weight capacity is 3,500 pounds.
