Following the TDP's decision to quit the NDA government, reports are suggesting that several unhappy allies like the Shiv Sena are now set to follow suit and express their dissent at the government's policies. Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu announced that his ministers will quit the NDA government due to the double standards of the BJP-led government. The Andhra Chief Minister also alleged that the Modi government did not heed to their continued requests of bestowing special status to Andhra Pradesh.
