This will include all main missions, side missions and basically anything else where 100% is necessary for the Completionist Trophy. To get 100% sync in a mission you need to complete all of the optional objectives. Luckily, unless the mission specifically states it, you do not need to get them all in one go, you can replay the mission and just get the ones you missed initially, no need to get them all again.
