Surry Nuclear Power Plant EAS Test

This was really interesting... I was watching Maury hoping to catch WAVY's EAS test (which runs around that time on Wednesdays... I didn't see it, I don't know if I missed it or what) and this EAS test for the nuclear power plant in Surry (in case it blows up or whatever) came on. What surprised me most about this is that I'm VERY positive that the voice heard in this test is Brian James (the voice of WFOR, KYW, and the newsmagazine Extra). I didn't realize it until after it... I think it's him because our local EAS radio station is WGH-FM 97.3 (Eagle 97), and their voice guy is Brian James, so they must have got him to do the EAS voice.
