My 286 Mystery Continues (Part 2)

Part 2 of my 286 mystery series. I still can't figure out what is going on with my 286. One very old hard drive I had in my parts bin does work with my 286, but nothing else I try works properly. They can all be read, formatted, and have files copied to them. If I try to run a program or a read a file from the drive, it freezes up.
