#palakbhaji #spinachcurry for 4 to 5 person INGREDIENTs:::: 1bundle spinach leaves approximately 2 to 3 cups of finely chopped spinach leaves 1/4th cup yellow pigeon peas (Toor dal) washed and soaked for 1hr 1/2 cup peanut 2cup non sour fresh buttermilk 1tbsp gram flour for TADKA 1 tbsp oil 1tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp asafotida paste of 5 to 6 garlic cloves 1inch ginger 4 to 5 green chillies you can adjust chillies according to taste salt for taste sugar..if you want to add some PROCEDUR: ::::: cook chopped spinach pigeon pea peanut together add some water while cooking let it cook until toor dal get soft Tadka: ::: heat oil in pan/pot add cumin seeds asafotida turmeric then add ginger garlic chillies paste..saute until the raw smell of garlic disappears add cooked spinach...let it boil meanwhile add 1tbsp gram flour to buttermilk no lumps should be there.. then add this buttermilk and let it boil...add salt (sugar) taste it add green chilli or salt if needed serve hot with bhakari chapati roti or rice
