In today's video we cover an underappreciated character in today's PVE Meta. That character is Bucky Barnes or Winter Soldier! Many people write him off as an afterthought. I hope this video changes that perception a bit. We will experiment with Weapon Hex, using Bucky's T3 and lets see how well he fairs against Proxima Midnight.
