Easy to make, customizable, and better than store-bought. Chewy Granola Bar Recipe Ingredients • 3 cups quick oats • 2 cups crispy rice cereal • Pinch of salt • ½ cup nut butter, butter, or coconut oil • 1 cup honey • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 cup add-ins (see ideas below) Add-in Ideas Chocolate chips, bran, dried fruit (cranberries or raisins), nuts, seeds, coconut, chocolate candies, marshmallows, chopped dates, or any mix you love. Instructions 1. Add oats, crispy rice cereal, and salt to a large bowl. Stir to combine. 2. In a saucepan, add honey and nut butter (or butter/coconut oil). Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 4 minutes, stirring often. 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. 4. Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients.
