Narkeli Palong - পালং শাকের এই পদ পালং পনিরকে টেক্কা দেবে - Veg Recipe
BY - Subhra Dutta Narkeli Palong Ingredients:- Palong Shaak/Spinach Scrapped Coconut Sim Potato Begun/Eggplant Mulo/Raddish Peas Dried Chilli Panchforon/Fivefold Turmeric Powder Red Chilli Powder Cumin Powder Coriander Powder Fried Bori Hing Ghee Salt Sugar Mustard Oil Procedures:- First heat oil in a pan and lightly fry aal the vegetables one by one. Now temper with hing, dried chilli and panchforon. When the smell starts to come out, add the spinach and a little salt. When it releases some water, add all the fried vegetables and stir well. Add all the masala and mix well. Add a little amount of sugar and the peas. Cover the pan and cook it for some times. Now spread some ghee and coconut on top and mix well.
