IVF एक ऐसी ट्रीटमेंट है जिसमे failure बोहोत ही सामान्य बात है। पर जब किसीका IVF fail होता है तो वह अपने डॉक्टर से यही सवाल पूछते है की मेरा IVF fail क्यों हुआ ? या IVF failure के कारण क्या है ? तो आज वीडियो हमारे साथ है ‪@DrJatinShahIVF‬ (Infertility Specialist) और Dr Jay Mehta (Director - Shree IVF Clinic and IVF Specialist) , IVF Fail होने के कारण ? | Reasons For IVF Failure (Hindi) इस बारेमें जानकारी देंगे। तो आइये जानते है इस बारेमें : जब कभी भी IVF किया जाता है तब यह कहना काफी मुश्किल है की कोनसा embryo implant होगा। IVF failure जब कभी भी महिला की उम्र 40 से ज्यादा हो या egg reserve बोहोत कम है या sperm में खराबी है या कुछ बीमारियों के वजहसे uterus की lining ख़राब हो गयी है , तो ऐसे situation में डॉक्टर अपने पेशेंट्स से बात करते है उनको पहलेही बता दिया होता है की अगर IVF fail हो गया तो इन कारणों से हो सकता है। IVF failure का दूसरा कारण होता है unexplained infertility जहा पे सबकुछ नार्मल होने के बावजूद भी IVF फ़ैल होता है , यह embryo viability या embryo implantation potential के कारण भी हो सकता है जिसका testing अभी भी मौजूद नहीं है । इसलिए एक से ज्यादा embryo transfer किए जाते है। कहा जाता है अगर patient 30 के अंदर है तो 8 मेसे 1 embryo implant होने की संभवना हो सकती है। 35 के बाद यह ratio बदल जाता है , 40 साल पे यह 36 eggs में 1 egg implant हने की संभवना होती है। 43 में यह 1 इन 64 eggs का ratio होता है। ऐसी काफी सारी genetic anomalies होती है वह बढ़ती उम्र में दिख नहीं पाती , ऐसे स्थिति में एक नयी ट्रीटमेंट है जिस PGT (Preimplantation Genetic Testing ) की जाती है जिसमे हम anuploidy को test कर सकते है। इसके साथ ही साथ uterus की receptivity को जांचने केलिए अभीतक कोई full proof test आये नहीं है। Sperm केलिए Sperm DNA framgmentation किया जाता है और उसपे इलाज किया जाता है। तो इसलिए कोई भी treatment शुरू करने से पहले यह सब कुछ किया जाता है। PGTA के साथ साथ timelapse machine के मदत से भी अच्छा embryo चुन सकते है । पर इससे success rate पे कोई असर नहीं होता। IVF failure होने के जो मुख्य कारण है और कैसे उसको improvise करना है जैसे की protocol change करने है , embryos की quality , IVF या ICSI इन सबके बारेमें आपके fertility specialist आपको बताएँगे | For more information, watch the full video.
