The world should understand and move to do something to standby our people and our prisoners and their right for independence and the right for an independent state". 7. Jeep driving away STORYLINE: Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia showed his support on Tuesday for the thousands of Palestinian prisoners jailed in Israeli prisons. Qureia visited a tent in Ramallah, where relatives of the prisoners are gathered in solidarity with the prisoners who have been on hunger strike since Sunday. Qureia said the world had to "understand Israeli "violations" of the prisoners' human rights. Qureia was sitting with family members of the prisoners who showed him pictures of the prisoners and spoke with him about the hardships of their lives since the arrests by the Israel authorities. In Nablus, the Israeli army imposed a curfew and conducted arrests. Israeli soldiers entered a building and arrested three Palestinians who they claimed were involved in terrorist activity.
